Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a kinase-dead form of "activated" htl, which consists of the transmembrane and cytoplasmic domains of htl carrying the K443A mutation to abolish kinase function, the dimerization domain of the bacteriophage λ cI repressor (included to induce constitutive dimerization of the encoded protein) and two copies of the Tag:HA tag.
