Description

The bi N, org-1 T and org-1 C domains have been fused in order separated by two or three junctional amino acids (A,G or T). Tag:MYC tags are at the C and N termini. A Tag:HA tag has been placed at the C terminus, a Tag:MYC tag at the N terminus. Expression of this construct is driven by UASt sequences.
