Description

Construct: 11.5kb genomic NotI fragment which encodes the Dvir\mod(mdg4) common exons, five specific exons from isoforms 64.2, 60.1, 53.5, 55.1 and 53.1 and a partial specific exon from isoform 62.3. This fragment is not expected to produce the 62.3 isoform, because both the trans-splice site and a putative promoter driving its expression are not included.
