Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of two genomic moody fragments; one which contains 1.3kb spanning exon 3, exon 4 and intron 4 and the other which contains 0.6kb of exon 4. The fragments are positioned in an orientation that generates an inverted repeat so expression produces a dsRNA.
