Description

P{ET.GAL4.AD} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a GAL4(AD)::Zip+ hemidriver (component of a 'split driver' system, contains the GAL4 activation domain). The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of a minimal P\T promoter fused upstream of the GAL4(AD)::Zip+ coding sequence. The hemidriver sequence includes the Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT) nuclear localization signal.
