Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the full-length Snmp1 open reading frame which is joined by a 10 amino acid linker to the YFP(2) split fluorescent protein fragment. Designed for use in a fluorescent protein fragment complementation assay, which is used to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
