Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of an internally deleted form of nkd (amino acids 179-370 and 543-572 are missing) which is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. In addition, a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(SV40-largeT)) has been inserted at the site where amino acids 543-572 have been deleted.
