A 550bp fragment from the 5' end of the nos 3'UTR sequence has been deleted (this removes the entire localisation signal). A 1.1kb fragment containing 18 tandemly repeated Tag:MS2 stem loops has been inserted into the BclI site of the nos +6 element.
