A 365bp BglII-XmnI fragment from the nos 3'UTR sequence has been deleted (this removes two of the four localisation elements present within the 3'UTR, while the nos +2 element is retained). A 1.1kb fragment containing 18 tandemly repeated Tag:MS2 stem loops has been inserted into the BclI site of the nos +6 element.
