Observed in early and late canoe-stage spermatids as well as in individualization-stage spermatids.

Prosα3TT:AvicGFP-EGFP is expressed only in the testis, and is not expressed until after the second meiotic division. Expression continues through then end of spermatogenesis. Prosα3TT:AvicGFP-EGFP can be observed in the tails of mature sperm cells.
