The P{Hml-GAL4.stop} construct contains sequences from upstream of Hml driving GAL4 expression (represented by the Scer\GAL4stop.Hml allele). This genomic fragment from upstream of Hml also contains the complete open reading frame of Tsp68C which has been mutated in this construct to contain a stop codon. This mutated form of Tsp68C is represented by the Tsp68Cstop allele.
