Reference

Expression is detected in gustatory receptor neurons in the proboscis and in the prothoracic pretarsus in males and females. Expression is detected in oenocytes only in males. Within the male reproductive system, labeled cells are found in the seminal vesicles, the columnar cells comprising the exterior of the ejaculatory bulb, and in the cells near the duct leading from the ejaculatory bulb to the male genitalia.
