ScerGAL4Ir64a.PA drives expression in adult olfactory receptor neurons Ir64a which either innervate the DC4 or the DP1m glomerulus. The dendrites of DC4-targeting neurons innervate the ventral compartment of chamber III of the sacculus, while the dendrites of DP1m-targeting cells innervate the dorsal compartment of chamber III of the sacculus.

ScerGAL4Ir64a.PA is expressed in the olfactory receptor neuron Ir64a that innervates the grooved sensillum of sacculus and projects to the antennal lobe glomeruli DC4 and DP1m.

ScerGAL4Ir64a.PA labels the olfactory receptor neuron Ir64a and the antennal lobe glomeruli to which it projects, DC4 and DP1m. In the third segment of the antenna it labels the cell body and dendrite terminals of the Ir64a neurons which innervate the grooved sensillum of the third chamber of the sacculus.
