Mhc promoter sequences drive expression of a GCaMP2 Ca2[+] sensor that is localized to the postsynaptic muscle membrane due to presence of the Hsap\CD8A integral membrane protein at its N-terminal end and the PDZ-interacting domain of Sh at its C-terminal end.
