Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a truncated form of Hsap\TARDBP that lacks the N-terminal 251 amino acids and in which 5 serine residues have been substituted with non-phosphorylatable alanine residues (amino acid replacements S379A, S403A, S404A, S409A and S410A). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP.
