Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the DH and PH domains of pbl-RA (amino acids 386-775) with a single amino replacement (V531D) in the DH domain (this mutation has been shown to compromise catalytic activity). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:HA.
