Description

A mutated msl-3 coding sequence is fused to Tag:TAP and driven by an endogenous msl-3 promoter. The msl-3 sequence contains a mutated methionine start codon that leads to the overproduction of a naturally occurring short form that initiates at Met127, downstream of the chromodomain.
