Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a full-length NetB sequence with Mmus\Cd8a, Cerulean and Tag:V5 fused downstream. The NetB sequence contains an A793G amino acid substitution compared to genomic NetB sequence, although this does not appear to affect protein function.
