Description

An Hsp70 promoter drives expression of Hsap\MYC isoform 1. The non-canonical CTG translation initiation codon of isoform 1 has been mutated to ATG. The alternative downstream ATG site has been mutated to ATC to prevent production of isoform 2 (which is usually produced using this translation start site) in this construct.
