Description

A 1.0kb genomic fragment from the E(spl)mα-BFM gene (nucleotides -71 to -1083) is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter driving expression of EGFP tagged at the C-terminal end with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
