Description

UASp regulatory sequences are fused upstream of sequences encoding the Ada2b S isoform, including the Ada2b regulatory region. The Ada2b coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. The protein can be expressed either under the control of its own regulatory sequences or, if a GAL4 driver is used, under the control of the UASp regulatory sequences.
