Description

A 3996 base pair fragment from the flanking non-coding or intronic region of Dop2R is fused upstream of a Drosophila core synthetic promoter (DSCP) followed by sequence encoding a lexA::p65 driver. The driver sequence has been optimized for Drosophila codon usage. An Hsp70 transcriptional terminator is present.

Boutons on EcollexAGMR72D01 positive dopaminergic PAM neuron 11 directly interact with HsapRELAAD.R52G04 and ScerGAL4DBD.R17C11 expressing mushroom body output neuron 7 dendrites in the superior intermediate protocerebrum, superior lateral protocerebrum and mushroom body alpha lobe slice 1 as shown by a positive GFP reconstitution across synaptic partners (GRASP) signal.
