Description

UASt regulates expression of a DNA encoding the short (RE) isoform of puf containing triple mutations: the catalytic cysteine (Cys2024) within the conserved cysteine box is replaced with alanine; and His2974 and Asp2302 within the histidine box are replaced with alanine.
