Reference

ScerGAL4ato.IPC drives expression in the inner proliferation center of the developing optic lobe. Because of the stability of the GFP marker labeling is seen in T neurons T4 and T5 which develop from ato-positive precursors. Clonal analysis shows localization of the dentritic marker MmusIcam5Scer\UAS.T:DiscRFP-mCherry in projections targeting the proximal layers of medulla and lobula, whereas the presynaptic vesicle marker Syt1Scer\UAS.T:AvicGFP-EGFP labels projections in the lobula plate.
