The genomic sequence between the 5' and 3' UTRs in nopo+t3.8 has been replaced with cDNA sequence encoding the Hsap\TRAIP open reading frame, resulting in Hsap\TRAIP expressed under the control of endogenous nopo regulatory sequences.
