Description

A ubiquitin promoter drives expression of full length Plp (isoform PF) containing point mutations at residues adjacent to the conserved lysine and arginine residues in the CaM Binding Domain 2 that are mutated in P{Ubi-Plp.2KR}. This construct acts as a control and does not substantially disrupt the interaction of the Plp and Cam proteins. A C-terminal GFP tag is present.
