UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a fusion protein composed of the N-YFP non-fluorescent split fluorescent protein fragment, the Tag:MYC epitope and the full-length Hipk coding sequence. Designed to be used in a bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) assay to study protein-protein interactions in vivo.
