Description

The FRT3 cassette has been removed from P{CoinFLP-LexA::GAD.GAL4}, removing the transcriptional stop sequence and the lexA::GAD driver sequence. This allows the GAL4 driver to be expressed under the control of Act5C regulatory sequences.
