Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of IFP2.0, an infrared fluorescent protein (IFP), fused to the Tag:M(hCD4) membrane targeting sequence. The PBac{UAS-CD4-IFP2.0-T2A-HO1} construct also produces the Hsap\HMOX1 protein, which is required for IFP2.0 to fluoresce. The two proteins are separated by a self-cleaving T2A motif.
