Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Gyc76C which lacks the PDZ binding motif (amino acids 1522-1525 are deleted). The endogenous signal peptide sequence has been replaced by a Igk-leader sequence followed by 5 copies of the Tag:MYC tag.
