Description

A 500bp fragment containing the 5'UTR and upstream promoter region of the testis isoform of ScsβA is fused to the complete ORF of the testis (T) isoform of ScsβA (amplified from EST clone GH10480) and a Tag:HA tag, followed by a 200bp 3'UTR fragment of the testis isoform of ScsβA.
