Description

A 500bp fragment containing the 5'UTR and upstream promoter region of the testis-specific isoform of ScsβA is fused to the complete ORF of ScsβG (amplified from EST clone LD44970) and a Tag:HA tag, followed by a 200bp 3'UTR fragment of the testis isoform of ScsβA.
