FlyFos clone 029046, which includes the stac transcription unit plus 16kb upstream and 9kb downstream sequence. A tag cassette consisting of 2xTag:TY1, a Tag:CS(TEVp) cleavage site, the sfGFP tag and 3xTag:FLAG has been inserted before the stac stop codon.
