UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of Strip. The P{UAS-Strip.RNAi-res} construct is resistant to RNAi using either P{UAS-Strip.shRNA.9} or P{UAS-Strip.shRNA}, as the target site of the snRNA produced by each RNAi line has been mutated in this construct.
