Description

2.9kb genomic fragment that encompasses the entire wash gene. The wash nuclear localisation signal has been disrupted (WKRS to AAAA amino acid change). A strong nuclear export signal (LDELLELLRL) followed by a GFP tag has been added to the N-terminal end of the wash coding sequence.
