Description

A lexA::p65 driver (with a nuclear localization tag) is expressed under the control of gce regulatory sequences. Consists of the genomic BAC clone CH321-09E09 in which the first exon of gce has been replaced with a lexA::p65 driver followed by expression termination sequences.
