Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\DIRAS1 open reading frame, tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of the Tag:HA epitope. The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v#N/A collection ( ORF_ID:100009299 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000585334.1). The human ORF is flanked by a pair of incompatible FRT sites (FRT5 and FRT2), which allows for future in vivo exchange of either the promoter or tag sequence.
