Description

A 2.4kb Mhc enhancer element (from -283 bp to +2115bp relative to the transcription start site) is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by sequence encoding the TALE3-VP64 driver (an artificial transcription activator that forms part of a binary expression system with the VAS3 DNA sequence).
