Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated brat open reading frame (ORF) carrying the amino acid replacement G774D. The ORF is tagged at the N-terminal end with both Tag:FLAG and Tag:MYC. The brat coding sequence has also undergone nucleotide substitutions so that it is resistant to RNAi mediated by the P{KK113206} construct.
