Description

An Hsp83 promoter drives expression of two copies of the Tag:PCP protein fused to two copies of EGFP. A nuclear localization signal is present at the N-terminal end of the protein. The Tag:PCP protein specifically binds the Tag:PP7 stem loop RNA sequence, and this property can be used to study the dynamics of translation.
