Six tandem repeats of a 20bp sequence that includes a proneural binding site (scE1) are fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter driving Scer\FLP1 expression.

Six tandem repeats of a 20bp sequence that includes a proneural binding site ("["scE1"]"[[6]]) and a 'Hsp70' minimal promoter regulate expression of the coding sequence of Scer\FLP1 terminating with a SV40-polyA sequence. Expresses Scer\FLP1 in sensory organ precursors (SOPs).
