Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\GSK3A open reading frame. The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v8.1 collection ( ORF_ID:100008655 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000222330.7. The endogenous stop codon is present, thus even though three copies of the Tag:HA tag are present downstream of the ORF, they are not expected to form part of the translated protein.
