Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the Hsap\GRIK5 open reading frame. The ORF was obtained from the human ORFeome v8.1 collection ( ORF_ID:100068271 ) and corresponds to Ensembl transcript ENST00000262895.7. The endogenous stop codon is present, thus even though three copies of the Tag:HA tag are present downstream of the ORF, they are not expected to form part of the translated protein.
