Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of two hairpin loops that produce miRNAs that target the Dop1R1 gene; two 22mers in the 2nd coding exon (CGTCTGAAATGGATACAATAGT) and 5th coding exon (TTCGAGGACAATGGCAAAAAGT) respectively were used to create the two hairpin loops.
