Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of two hairpin loops that produce miRNAs that target an exon that is present in both neuronal and non-neuronal isoforms of ple (two 22mers in exon 2 (5'-TGGTCAAGCAGACCAAACAAAC-3') and exon 5 (5'-AATCTGATGGCCGACAATAACT-3') respectively were used to create the two hairpin loops).
