Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the Tk precursor in which its C-terminal domain (the sequence that normally follows the mature peptide sequence) has been replaced with GCaMP6s. This results in a neuropeptide release reporter ('NPRR') that can be used to measure neuropeptide release in vivo.
