Description

PBac{Gay} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a GAL4(II-9) driver. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 3' end of the construct and consists of the P\T promoter fused upstream of the GAL4(II-9) driver coding sequence, followed by fs(1)K10 3' UTR sequence. A y+t* marker allele, flanked by P-element ends is also present, at the 5' end of the construct.
