Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a Inx2 cDNA into which silent mutations have been introduced to render the construct RNAi resistant. In addition, a C256S amino acid substitution has been introduced into the coding sequence; mutation of this residue has previously been shown to block all known Innexin functions. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with DsRed(Unk).
