TI{vas-Cas9.T2A.GFP,attP} represents a DNA segment that has been inserted into the genome by homology directed repair using CRISPR/Cas9 in combination with a donor plasmid and is not flanked by by transposable element ends. It consists of a vas promoter sequences driving expression of a 'Cas9.T2A.GFP' cassette (identical to that in PBac{vas-Cas9.T2A.GFP}), an attP target site and a Disc\RFPtdTom.3xP3 marker. These core elements are flanked on both sides by insulator sequences (su(Hw) protein-binding sites from the gypsy element on one side and CTCF protein-binding sites on the other side).
