Description

hb genomic sequence that comprises the P2 enhancer and promoter, 5'UTR, coding sequence and 3'UTR. 24 repeats of the SunTag(v4) peptide have been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence. 24 copies of the Tag:MS2 stem loop have been inserted into the 3'UTR.
